Deltrum 50 ULV

Deltrum 50 ULV is a multi purpose spray formula for the control of flying and crawling insects, including stored product insect pests.

It is approved for use against a wide range of pests including ants, roaches, spiders , crickets, earwigs, house flies, fruit flies, boxelder bugs, water bugs, gnats, wasps, mosquitoes, cadelles, cheese mites, confused flour beetles, cigarette beetles, Indian meal moths, tobacco moth, angourmois grain moths, granary weevils and rice weevils.

Pyrethrum is a natural substance purified from chrysanthemum flowers which causes rapid knockdown of insects followed shortly by death. The mode of action is non-systemic and contact action caused by the binding of pyrethrins to sodium channels inhibits the insect’s nervous system. This mode of action leads to a broad-spectrum of insecticidal activity.

Deltrum 50 ULV can be used both indoors and outdoors and for mosquito control measures in populated areas. Use at a rate of 500 ml per hectare as an outdoor spray, and 100 ml per 1000 square metres as an indoor spray.
