About the role:

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Export Sales Support Administrator to join our small, dynamic team and contribute to our global operations. Working in a small team, providing an efficient, accurate and timely Export Sales Support function to the Regional Business Managers covering all regions of the world other than the UK and Ireland.
Job Overview:
As an Export Sales Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of export sales orders. Working closely with Regional Business Managers, manufacturing sites, and other internal departments, you will provide comprehensive support to our global operations (excluding the UK and Ireland). Your responsibilities will include compiling reports, managing order processes, and ensuring timely dispatch of orders.
Export Sales Support Administrator – Candidates Skills and experience:
• 5 X GCSE grade C (4) and above including maths
• 2 years+ working in a similar role
• Previous experience within an International Sales environment.
• An understanding of Incoterms and Export documentation.
• Used to communicating with both UK and International customers
• Excellent customer service skills, both verbal and written.
• A manufacturing background – an understanding of BOMs and Product Margins
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent planning, organising, time and work management skills.
• Good computer and keyboard skills including Excel & Word
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Good administrative skills
• Quick to learn
• Self-motivated
• The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Able to work both independently and as a team player with a “can do “attitude.
