Scope
This policy applies to PelGar International Ltd and our global operations, including manufacturing, distribution, and professional support.

Our Commitments

• Regulatory compliance: Meet or exceed legal requirements for active substances, product registration, labelling and authorised use in each market.
• Product stewardship: Reduce ecological impact through responsible formulation, targeted application technologies and professional guidance and training.
• Wildlife protection: Support responsible use of rodenticides in line with recognised best practice (e.g., CRRU Code) to minimise risks to non‑target species.
• Supply chain & sourcing: Maintain high standards of safety, sustainability and ethical sourcing; engage suppliers to uphold equivalent standards.
• Collaboration: Work with regulators, industry bodies and pest control associations to promote safe, informed, professional use.
• Continuous improvement: Review environmental objectives, monitor performance, and refine processes annually.

Governance & Review
The Executive Team owns this policy. It is reviewed at least annually and updated as regulations and best practice evolve.
