Gareth founded PelGar in 1995 after leaving Zeneca Public Health (formerly ICI Public Health), where he had led research and development programmes across the UK and USA. With a PhD in entomology from Imperial College London and a background in zoology, Gareth brings deep scientific insight to his strategic leadership role. He ensures PelGar’s continued development within an evolving commercial and regulatory landscape.
Marion brings over 20 years of accounting and operational experience to lead PelGar’s process and systems strategy. With a background in laboratory services, manufacturing, and accounting, her focus is on enhancing business processes and performance. A CIMA and AAT-qualified professional, Marion takes a data-driven, analytical approach to continuous improvement, supporting PelGar’s efficiency and strategic growth.
Sandy oversees PelGar’s technical operations, drawing on more than 30 years of experience in toxicology, pharmaceutical testing, and laboratory management. He leads the formulation and quality control laboratories, manages IT systems and technical documentation. Sandy’s integrated approach ensures product safety, regulatory compliance, and technical innovation across PelGar’s portfolio.
