Survey Success

PelGar would like to thank all colleagues who participated in the recent Staff Engagement Survey, which achieved an excellent response rate of more than 74% across the business.

The survey provided employees with an opportunity to share their views, experiences and suggestions, helping to build a clearer understanding of what is working well and where improvements can be made. The feedback received will play an important role in informing future initiatives and supporting PelGar's ongoing commitment to creating a positive and engaging workplace.

The survey results are currently being compiled and analysed, with findings and next steps due to be shared with employees in the coming weeks.
