Colleagues at PelGar's Alton and Telford sites enjoyed summer staff lunches, bringing teams together outdoors.
Last week, colleagues at PelGar's Alton and Telford sites came together for staff lunches, enjoying good food, great company and some welcome summer sunshine.
At our Telford site, the team made the most of the warm weather with a BBQ in the site garden. Staff enjoyed a selection of burgers, sausages and chicken while spending time together outdoors in a relaxed setting.
Meanwhile, at our Alton site, colleagues were treated to freshly delivered pizzas from a local supplier, accompanied by sweet treats and soft drinks. The sunny conditions provided the perfect backdrop for everyone to take a break from their day and enjoy time with colleagues.
The lunches were well attended at both sites, with the majority of staff joining in and making the most of the opportunity to connect, unwind and enjoy a shared meal together.
Events such as these are a great way to bring teams together, strengthen relationships across the business and recognise the hard work and commitment of our colleagues. We would like to thank everyone who took part and helped make the gatherings such an enjoyable success.
