Leadership Gathering

PelGar International recently brought together its leadership group for a highly successful event that combined strategic business discussions with innovative team-building activities designed to deliver genuine business value.

Representing every function across the organisation, attendees reflected PelGar's truly global footprint, with colleagues from the UK & Ireland, Europe, the Americas, Middle East & Africa (MEA), and Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions taking part.

The carefully planned programme, devised and skilfully led by Nic Blaszkowicz, UK & Ireland Business Manager and Head of Sourcing, blended business-focused workshops with engaging and enjoyable exercises that encouraged collaboration, problem-solving and fresh thinking. The result was an event that was not only highly productive but also widely praised by participants as one of the best leadership gatherings the company has held.

The combination of strategic planning, shared learning and team development reinforced the strong connections that underpin PelGar's continued growth and success across international markets.

Closing the event, MD and founder, Dr Gareth Capel-Williams recognised the significance of the group assembled, highlighting their collective role in shaping the future of PelGar International and leading the business towards even greater success as a global leader in pest control solutions.
