Staff Training Update
At PelGar, continued learning and professional development remain central to our business. We are pleased to recognise colleagues who have recently completed a range of training courses across the organisation.
Congratulations to Laurie Knight, who successfully completed Dangerous Goods by Road & Sea training (20–24 April 2026), further strengthening our compliance and operational capability in this critical area.
We also recognise the following team members who completed training on the 3M-TR-800 Powered Air Respiratory Protective Equipment system on 25 March 2026: Anona Smalley, Eric Tong, Franklin Nyameke, Helena Boakye Asamoah, Jacqueline Bloore, Jason Wardman, Jeff Antwi, Karen Phillips, Katie Ellams, Kinga Wegrzyn, Martin Symms, Ofra Yue and Steve Bailey. This training supports safe working practices and ensures teams are equipped with the latest protective equipment knowledge.
In June 2026, several colleagues successfully completed in-house forklift training, enhancing operational safety and efficiency. Jon Montante and James Puttick achieved certification in Pivot Steer, while Sam Holden completed Counterbalance training.
Finally, congratulations to Jacob Mayell, Fiona Greensmith and Allan Bromley, who successfully completed the IOSH-approved course in Managing Occupational Health and Wellbeing in May 2026, reinforcing PelGar’s ongoing commitment to maintaining high standards of workplace health and safety.
