PelGar Strengthens Organisational Structure with Newly Appointed Heads of Function
PelGar has strengthened its organisational structure with the formal appointment of three newly defined Head of Function roles, reflecting the growing scale and complexity of the business and the breadth of expertise already in place.
Nic Blaszkowicz, Allan Bromley and Claire Eeles each continue in their established leadership positions within PelGar, with their responsibilities now aligned under updated role titles that support clearer coordination across the business.
Nic Blaszkowicz supports PelGar’s sourcing activity as Head of Sourcing, working closely with procurement and operational teams across the business. Alongside this role, he continues as UK & Ireland Business Manager, leading the regional sales team and maintaining close relationships with distributors and customers. This combined responsibility helps strengthen communication between commercial, sourcing and operational functions.
As Head of Production, Allan Bromley oversees manufacturing operations at PelGar’s Alton and Telford sites. Having joined PelGar in 2018, Allan brings broad management experience from a range of industries. He works closely with site teams and colleagues across logistics, technical and commercial functions to support efficient operations, consistent quality and continuous improvement across production activities.
Claire Eeles, Head of Finance, leads PelGar’s finance function, drawing on more than 30 years of experience across manufacturing and local government. A CIPFA and AAT qualified professional, Claire oversees financial reporting, budgeting and compliance, providing accurate and timely financial insight that supports sound decision‑making across the business.
The alignment of these roles as Heads of Function reflects PelGar’s ongoing focus on building a strong, well‑connected leadership structure. By recognising existing responsibilities within a clearer organisational framework, PelGar continues to support collaboration, accountability and effective communication across teams.
