PelGar International is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrej Branc as our new Head of Global Sales & Americas Business Manager. This role forms a central part of our newly strengthened Senior Leadership Team, which has been developed to increase strategic alignment, enhance our global capability, and support long‑term growth across all regions.
In this position, Andrej will lead our global sales structure, working closely with regional leads across APAC, Europe, the UK, the Americas, and France/Middle East/Africa. This coordinated approach strengthens PelGar’s ability to align market insight, customer needs and commercial opportunity across every territory we serve.
Andrej will also provide strategic oversight to the Marketing function, supporting a more unified commercial direction worldwide while recognising and valuing the specialist expertise within the team. This ensures a cohesive and forward‑looking approach to customer engagement, product positioning and market development.
The introduction of this role is a key part of PelGar’s wider organisational evolution. The move from a three‑person C‑Suite to a broader Senior Leadership Team brings deeper functional representation, improved organisational resilience and greater strategic depth across the business. This structure enables stronger decision‑making, cross‑functional collaboration and long‑term operational stability as PelGar continues to grow internationally.
