At PelGar International, our strength lies in the dedication and expertise of our people. This autumn has been a season of achievement across our Alton, Hampshire and Telford, Shropshire sites, with colleagues completing specialist training and others marking remarkable long service milestones.
Safety, compliance, and professional development are cornerstones of our work. We’re delighted to share that:
Paul Rawlings, Phil Stilgoe & Jon-Ross Botha successfully completed IPAF 3a, 3b & PASMA Towers & Low-level access training (11–12 November 2025). Their new skills ensure our operations continue to meet the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
Fiona Greensmith completed CIPP – Automatic Enrolment & Pensions for Payroll (21 October 2025). This qualification strengthens our payroll expertise and supports our commitment to employee wellbeing.

Monika Karasiewicz celebrated 15 years of service on 15 November 2025, receiving a £200 voucher.
Anita Taylor marked 10 years of service on 23 November 2025, receiving a £100 voucher.
